I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Earlham Institute working within Chris Quince’s group.

My main interest is to develop scalable methods and software for processing (meta)genomics data. My research at the Earlham Institute focuses on:

  • Developing efficient methods and data structures for metagenome assembly and binning, incorporating novel long-read technologies.
  • Improving methods for strain resolution.
  • Integrating long-reads with other sources of data, such as short reads and Hi-C.
