I am a computational biologist who is interested in the dynamics of DNA replication and the mechanisms of genome stability maintenance.

I work as a postdoctoral research scientist in the group of Dr. Conrad Nieduszynski, where I leverage existing bioinformatics tools and develop new ones to analyze single-molecule data from nanopore sequencing to explore these problems.

Previously, I obtained my Ph. D. and had a postdoctoral appointment at Columbia University in New York where I studied the mechanisms of force generation during cell division in fission yeast and the mechanisms of fusion pore size determination during neurotransmission.
