Biography
Jade graduated with BSc in Biology from The University of Kent.
While there she researched fungal and oomycete strawberry pathogens and infection prevention through gene editing and biocontrol development.
At the Earlham Institute Jade is currently using air sequencing technology to identify fungal and bacterial wheat pathogens found in the air before they infect crops in order to prevent infections and improve crop yield.
