In my role within the Sales and Projects Team at the Earlham Institute, I focus on the day-to-day management of contract sequencing projects and communication with customers. I work closely with our library construction, sequencing and bioinformatics teams to ensure the highest level of service and communication to all our customers, throughout their project timeline.
I obtained my PhD in bacterial genetics from the University of East Anglia and prior to joining EI, spent 15 years working in academic research at centres across the Norwich Research Park. I have a keen interest in bacterial stress-management and signalling systems and bring considerable molecular biology expertise to the team. I am also qualified as a PRINCE2 project management practitioner.
