This structured programme is designed to give students the opportunity to work alongside researchers, receive training, and participate in a range of developmental activities aimed at enhancing their skills, knowledge, and future career prospects.

Alongside a dedicated research project, students will engage in complementary activities to support their learning and personal development.

We learnt about the range of jobs people do at Earlham Institute as well as all the technology used. It was very relevant to my studies, and I am grateful to Earlham Institute for the opportunity and for all the advice about my future career path/next steps.
