I'm a UKRI funded PhD student at the Earlham Institute, working in Prof Ke Li's group, where I research interpretable and explainable methods for nucleotide foundation models.

Previously, I worked in the COLA Lab at the Living Systems Institute, University of Exeter. Working closely with collaborators at the John Innes Centre, I developed computational methods and AI models for plant cell segmentation and mRNA localisation analysis.

I received my MSc and BSc in Computer Science from the University of Exeter and Falmouth University, respectively.
