Biography
Mingyu is a Visiting Researcher in the Li Group at the Earlham Institute, where he conducts research on self-driving laboratories to accelerate scientific discovery. His work includes GraphFLA, a framework for characterizing sequence-function maps in protein engineering and RNA design, and OmniScience, a platform for automated literature retrieval and knowledge synthesis.
Mingyu holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) and a BEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Glasgow.
