Biography
Tianmeng Hu is a visiting PhD student at the Earlham Institute. His research focuses on reinforcement learning, multi-objective and multi-agent decision-making, and AI for biology. He is particularly interested in developing AI methods to address complex scientific problems, with a focus on RNA structure modelling and design.
His previous research explored algorithms for multi-objective and/or multi-agent reinforcement learning to address real-world decision-making challenges. More recently, his research has focused on developing self-learning agent systems to tackle biomolecular design problems.
At the Earlham Institute, he aims to further advance AI-driven approaches to understanding biological systems.
