Biography
I am a Visiting PhD Student at the Earlham Institute in the Li Group, and a PhD researcher in Computer Science (AI4Science) at the University of Exeter. Before beginning my doctoral studies, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Southwest Jiaotong University.
My research focuses on modeling the dynamics of RNA tertiary structures. By developing generative frameworks and integrating multi-modality data, my work aims to generate RNA structural ensembles.
During my time at the Earlham Institute, I apply computational methods to structural biology, exploring novel approaches for computational biomolecular design.
