Biography
I am a Visiting Student at the Earlham Institute, working in Prof Ke Li's group. I am currently a first-year PhD student in Computer Science at the University of Exeter. Prior to this, I completed a BSc in IoT (Internet of Things) and MSc in CS (Computer Science).
My research mainly focuses on foundation model design and evaluation. My current work benchmarks how RNA foundation models transfer to downstream tasks, asking whether, what, and how pre-trained foundation models benefit downstream tasks. Looking ahead, the research increasingly centres on generative model for functionally-conditioned sequence design.
