Roanne Ephithite
I joined Earlham Institute in May 2019 as Training Events Manager. My role supports EI’s Advanced Training programme, working with colleagues to design and deliver workshops, training courses and symposiums that equip researchers with essential skills.
I manage our Year in Industry scheme, including the recruitment and supervision of undergraduate students throughout their year-long placement with us, as well as our Work Experience Programme to inspire future talent in science.
I am proud to be a Mental Health First Aider for EI, and the Parent and Carers representative/champion for EI, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
Prior to joining EI, I worked in a variety of roles within Higher Education and the charity sector. I hold a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Language from the University of Liverpool.
