Now in its fifth year, the annual Norwich Single-Cell Symposium at Earlham Institute covers single-cell genomics technologies and their application in microbial, plant, animal and human health and disease.

This introductory level course is intended for people with a biological background but with no previous programming experience. The course introduces basic programming concepts with plenty of time to practice writing code and working on your own data.

This three-day symposium is aimed at researchers currently using long read technology for transcriptome annotation and analysis
